The departure of Kevin Durant to the Brooklyn Nets this offseason has caused a lot of basketball fans to say that the Golden State Warriors years of dominating the NBA are over. But Warriors star Klay Thompson thinks otherwise, according to comments he made to ESPN's Rachel Nichols.
Thompson, who suffered a torn left ACL in Game 6 of the NBA Finals, said he thinks "it's a little premature to say there's no more dynasty" to Nichols in an interview that aired on "The Jump" on Thursday.
He pointed out that the Warriors, who also traded away 2015 NBA Finals MVP Andre Iguodala and waived veteran guard Shaun Livingston during a offseason makeover, still have a lot of talent on their roster.
