Klay Thompson is one of ESPN’s 20 best players

ESPN’s fun ranking of the top-100 players in the NBA is chugging right along, and today the network unveiled its second Warrior: Klay Thompson.

After dubbing Andre Iguodala the 43rd-best player in the league, this morning, ESPN crowned Klay the 19th-best player.

At #19, Klay finds himself in elite company, directly ahead of All-Stars Gordon Hayward and Kyle Lowry, and right behind fellow stars Damian Lillard and DeMarcus Cousins. He dropped three spots from last year’s ranking, but that’s due to the rise of players like Nikola Jokic and Rudy Gobert — not any regression from Thompson.
