Klay Thompson is preparing for next NBA season by facing off 1-on-1 with… a dog?
The Warriors guard got into it with a furry friend recently, and their repartee reached the Internet thanks to ESPN’s Tim MacMahon.
Two videos of Thompson playing basketball while defended by a puppy (on a Lakers practice court) surfaced Wednesday. In each, Klay tries to dribble circles around a golden-haired pooch before launching a 3-pointer.
Thompson went 1 for 2 from long range — so credit to that cute canine compatriot.
Some among Dub Nation might wonder if Thompson went 1-on-1 with his own dog, Rocco, whom he has said needs to get a job — but, alas, it is another adorable dog.
