Golden State Warriors All-Stars Draymond Green and Klay Thompson have made the 2018-19 All-Defense Second Team.

The league announced the selections on Wednesday morning.

2018-19 NBA All-Defensive:

First team: Rudy Gobert, Paul George, Giannis Antetokounmpo, Marcus Smart, Eric Bledsoe.

Second team: Jrue Holiday, Klay Thompson, Joel Embiid, Draymond Green, Kawhi Leonard.— Shams Charania (@ShamsCharania) May 22, 2019

It’s Thompson’s first time making an All-Defense team, and it felt inevitable this year. A narrative followed Thompson all season long, as national broadcasters repeatedly lamented that the sharpshooter had never made one of the teams.
