It’s almost time for Game 2, but that doesn’t mean we can’t recognize the greatness that was on display by Stephen Curry in Game 1. After all, his own superstar teammate, Kevin Durant said that he expects that kind of performance at this point.
Durant was quoted saying: “I expect it at this point. I’m not surprised by anything he does.”
Curry’s stat line was one to marvel at. He put up at a game-high 38 points to go along with a postseason-high eight three-pointers. The insane part comes in when you see that the two-time MVP attempted just 12 shots from deep.
