Kevin Durant now likely to play against Oklahoma City Wednesday night

The Warriors upgraded Kevin Durant’s status to probable for Wednesday night’s reunion game in Oklahoma City, meaning the star forward’s ankle issues have improved to where he’ll be able to face Russell Westbrook and his ex-teammates.

Durant is sure to face plenty of boos and a rough reception from his former team’s fans when the Warriors (13-4) take on the Thunder (7-9).

Durant was listed as questionable for the game after a sprained left ankle sidelined him during Sunday’s win in Brooklyn. But he told reporters Tuesday he was feeling better about his chances.

“I don’t know,” Durant said Tuesday.
