The NBA playoffs are a star-studded affair.
Across the league’s major markets, the rich and famous show up courtside to represent their cities — the New York Knicks have Spike Lee, Jon Stewart, Pete Davidson and Chris Rock; the Los Angeles Lakers’ first-round matchup against the Memphis Grizzlies brought out Adele, Kim Kardashian, Leonardo DiCaprio, Adam Sandler and, of course, Jack Nicholson. Even the not-so-mighty Sacramento Kings had Hasan Minhaj waving their banner last week.
But at the Warriors’ Chase Center, those courtside seats go to a different set. Sure, there’s E-40, LL Cool J, Barry Bonds and Gavin Newsom out supporting the Splash Brothers, and Rob Lowe made the trip up from LA on Tuesday night.
