Utah point guard George Hill will miss Thursday night’s game with a toe injury, elevating Shelvin Mack into the starting lineup against the Warriors.
Jazz head coach Quin Snyder, in his pregame news conference, made it clear Dante Exum and Raul Neto also will share the responsibility of replacing Hill.
“It’s a big impact,” Snyder said. “We talked before the year about having four point guards on the roster, but we didn’t know at the time how much we’d be using all of them. Guys have to step up. It’s a shared load and doesn’t really fall to one guy in particular.
