OAKLAND – JaVale McGee stood in front of a handful of reporters clearly upset, visibly shaken up.
With 3:09 left in the third quarter of the Warriors game against Atlanta on Friday, McGee attempted to block a shot by Hawks’ Mike Muscala and fell onto Curry, who was playing in his first game back after missing six games because of a right ankle injury.
Curry immediately started limping around the court. He sat down on the bench and put his head in his hands before going to the locker room and not returning.
