OAKLAND -- The Warriors stumbled and staggered and eventually they fell, taking a stunning 110-106 loss to the Sacramento Kings on Monday night at Oracle Arena.

Klay Thompson scored a team-high 21 points to lead the offense. Pat McCaw put in a season-high 16 points, while Draymond Green had 14, Andre Iguodala 11 and Shaun Livingston 10.

The Warriors (15-6) were without leading scorers Stephen Curry and Kevin Durant and it showed, oddly enough, on defense. The Kings shot 53.2 percent, becoming the first team this season to shoot above 49 percent against the Warriors.

McCaw’s line: 16 points (5-of-8 shooting, including 2-of-5 from beyond the arc, 4-of-4 from the line), seven assists, four steals, three rebounds and one block.
