Golden State Warriors head coach Steve Kerr took to Twitter on Monday evening to share a years-old clip of NBA legend and basketball broadcaster Shaquille O'Neal making a promise that he might now regret.
"Hey @SHAQ, I'm going to do us both a favor and pretend that @D_West30 didn't send this to me this morning," Kerr wrote on Twitter, referring to former Warriors player David West.
The attached clip shows O'Neal in an interview from several years ago speaking on the legacy of the Los Angeles Lakers and then-head coach Phil Jackson, who went to the NBA Finals four out of the five years from 1999 to 2004.
