MINNEAPOLIS – The situation prompted Warriors coach Steve Kerr to have some empathy.
First, Jonas Jerebko had a reduced role once DeMarcus Cousins returned from a left Achilles tendon almost two months ago. Then, Jerebko sat entirely when the Warriors welcomed Andrew Bogut to account for Cousins’ recently sore right ankle.
“We’ve talked. He’s frustrated, but he understands,” Warriors coach Steve Kerr said. “He just has to stay ready.
