Finally, we have an official return date for Stephen Curry. The two-time MVP will hit the hardwood for the first time since October as the Golden State Warriors take on the Washington Wizards.
Curry has been rehabbing a fractured left hand that required surgery earlier in the season. According to NBC Sports, Curry is still dealing with some nerve damage and is learning how to deal with a “new normal.”
The Warriors have been attempting to survive in Curry’s absence but things have not been going to plan. Losing Curry has proven to be too much of a blow to overcome with the team plummeting out of the playoff picture and sitting at the bottom of the Western Conference with a 12-45 record.
