Draymond Green’s strategy for minimizing his phone time is basically genius.
“Sometimes I wait until I know everyone’s sleeping, then just start responding to all the text messages,” the Warriors star said in a video posted by Uninterrupted, the platform that supports his Dray Day podcast with Bay Area News Group columnist Marcus Thompson II. “That’s a good trick sometimes.”
The response dilemma arises because Green’s phone gets set on fire after Golden State wins.
“Especially when you play a good game, a man, you come to the phone with 90-something text messages,” Green said. “I’ve had 200-something text messages before.
