LOS ANGELES – The preseason game between the Warriors and the Lakers last Saturday night in San Diego, halted in the third quarter due to hazardous floor conditions, is officially a no-contest game, the team learned Tuesday night.
The Warriors initially listed the game as a loss, as they trailed, 85-70, when the game was called with 2:16 left in the third quarter. It was listed as a loss on the team’s pregame notes Tuesday night, prior to facing the Clippers.
But the NBA, according to Warriors officials, wiped the game from the record books.
