With the NBA trade deadline in the rear view mirror, intriguing players are being waived left and right - and one of those players is former Golden State Warriors reserve Omri Casspi.
Casspi, a ten-year veteran, was cut by the Memphis Grizzlies as soon as the trade deadline passed.
The forward is averaging 6.3 points and 3.2 rebounds per game this season, while shooting 34.9 percent from beyond the arc. But the Grizzlies season did not live up to expectations, as they’ve gone 22-34 and recently traded franchise star Marc Gasol.
