Green, Durant, Curry urge GM Myers to sign former Warriors scoring machine

Warriors mainstays Draymond Green and Kevin Durant are lobbying general manager Bob Myers to sign free agent shooting guard Jamal Crawford, The Athletic reported.

Crawford, 38, has spent almost half his life in the NBA, playing for seven teams including the Warriors in 2008-09. Crawford averaged 19.7 points for Golden State in 54 games after being acquired from the Knicks in exchange for Al Harrington. He averaged 10.3 points in 20.7 minutes for Minnesota last season.

Known for his offense, Crawford has averaged in double digits the past 16 seasons, with a high of 20.6 in 2007-08.
