The Golden State Warriors have struggled by their own standards this season, and while they still remain the favorites to win it all and remain high in the Western Conference standings, this team’s struggles have forced the coaching staff to consistently tinker with its rotations.
Among the notable changes made by Steve Kerr and the coaching staff is the continued “stagger” of playing time where Stephen Curry and Kevin Durant share the court with each other.
Recently, Kerr has implemented a change in which Curry subs out earlier in the first quarter, in order to be subbed back in to help bolster a second-quarter unit that has been inconsistent.
