Taking rest games and weeks has been something NBA fans have been critical of the last couple of years. But, for the Golden State Warriors, it only makes sense to allow Stephen Curry to continue having much-needed rest.
In the fourth game of the season, Curry drove against the Phoenix Suns and was drilled by Aron Baynes. Sadly, the tumble that Curry made pinned his left hand and broke it, resulting in the Warriors season taking a steep downward turn.
The two-time MVP was coming off his fifth-straight NBA Finals run. Winning three of those Finals, Curry was finally able to rest.
