The Golden State Warriors have six numbers hanging in the rafters. One of them is the great Al Attles, who wore no. 16 for the Dubs. The franchise will be honoring the legendary figure.
As fans file into Oracle Arena to watch Stephen Curry and the Warriors take on John Wall and the Washington Wizards, they will be receiving amazing Attles bobbleheads. The team will also be wearing their classic jerseys for the second time this year, though Attles was not a part of the team when that happened. He left the year before.
Attles was a 6’0 point guard who played his career with just one franchise.
