For the last five seasons, the Golden State Warriors have remained very silent in terms of trades. Outside of the sign-and-trade that landed them D’Angelo Russell this summer, the Warriors have strayed far away from shaking up their roster too much.
Besides the Russell deal, the biggest change the Dubs have made in recent years is losing Harrison Barnes and welcoming in Kevin Durant. This was an obvious upgrade that the front office wasted no time making.
The Warriors have kept their distance from the trading block for a reason. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.
