Willie Cauley-Stein was the start of the brewing storm that is the NBA’s trade deadline. While that was the first trade, there should be many that are on the horizon with at least a couple involving the Golden State Warriors.
The Warriors have the pieces to trade and every motive to trade them. Dead last in the Western Conference, the Warriors currently only have ten wins, an unfamiliar place after five straight NBA Finals appearances.
After signing a myriad of veterans this offseaosn, the initial goal was to have them help keep the team afloat until Klay Thompson’s return.
