SAN FRANCISCO — Another Warrior has fallen to injury.
Golden State Warriors two-way guard Damion Lee has a non-displaced fracture on the fourth metacarpal on his right hand, suffered during Monday night’s loss to the Utah Jazz. Lee had an MRI and will be evaluated in two weeks.
Head coach Steve Kerr was asked a simple question and gave a simple answer. Had he ever seen so many players get injured all at once?
“No,” he said. “I don’t have to expand on that.”
Kerr said Lee’s injury would not require surgery, but he will be out for at least the next few weeks.
