To celebrate Martin Luther King Jr. Day, the reigning NBA champion Golden State Warriors won a hard-earned 118-108 victory against the Cleveland Cavaliers at Quicken Loans Arena, closing out their regular season series with the Cavs undefeated.
The Dubs improve their regular season record to 36-9, pushing their current win streak to three consecutive games. They’ll resume their road trip on Wednesday when they go to visit the Chicago Bulls at the United Center.
Kevin Durant was absolutely incredible against the Cavs, leading the scoring effort for the Golden State Warriors with 32 points on 9-of-16 shooting from the field, 4-of-6 shooting from behind the arc and 10-of-10 shooting from the free throw line.
