The Golden State Warriors signed the high-profile free agent DeMarcus Cousins this offseason, and while they might’ve three-peated prior to signing Cousins, they’re even more dynamic with the added star power.
That said, it’s not a shocker the NBA GMs chose the Dubs to conquer the league again. They gave the Warriors an 87% chance to three-peat, per the NBA annual GM survey. Boston and Houston both came in tied for second at a 7% chance.
The Golden State Warriors are truly a plethora of talent. They have five 2018 All-Stars, and while Cousins might not come back to his full strength, he won’t have to for the Dubs to have a terrific season, one reason he signed in Golden State.
