For the fourth straight postseason, Golden State Warriors elder statesman Andre Iguodala became the oldest player to record a dunk, and he did so in emphatic fashion during Game 3 of his team’s opening playoff series against the Denver Nuggets on Thursday night.
With just over seven minutes left in the fourth quarter, the Nuggets brought a double-team to Steph Curry, after Iguodala set a pick for the guard. This left the 38-year-old wing without a defender in front of him, meaning he could cut to the basket with ease.
Curry saw this cut, and threw a perfect defender-splitting bounce pass right into Iguodala's arms that Iguodala used to throw down a strong jam on Will Barton for not only the dunk, but the and-1 foul.
