Golden State Warriors: Depleted roster steps up to beat Lakers!

Are the Golden State Warriors really that good, or are the Los Angeles Lakers really just that bad?

Playing without the likes of Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson, Draymond Green, David West and Patrick McCaw, the reigning NBA champions successfully defended Oracle Arena on Monday against the visiting Los Angeles Lakers, winning 117-106.

The Warriors started off with a rather surprising 26-23, proving right off the bat they were not to be underestimated. The Lakers came back to tie the game at 55 by halftime after scoring 32 points on the Dubs in the second.
