OAKLAND – Despite being routed in consecutive games by the Cavaliers, the Warriors have some fairly compelling numbers in their favor Sunday in Game 7 of the NBA Finals.
The game is at Oracle Arena, where they are 52-4 this season. Of the 18 Game 7s in The Finals, home teams have won 15.
In two seasons – 208 total games – the Warriors under coach Steve Kerr have never experienced a three-game losing streak. That’s the task for Cleveland, which trailed 3-1 after four games.
While the Warriors own better shooting percentages from 3-point distance and the foul line, the Cavs have shot better overall and have been much better rebounders.
