One of Steph Curry’s Golden State Warriors teammates flew down to Las Vegas to watch Team USA’s exhibition game — even if the Fox broadcasters didn’t seem to realize it.
During the second quarter of the exhibition game between Team USA and Canada, Fox showed a few of the celebrities in the stands, including former Team USA coach Mike Krzyzewski. Fox then showed current Warrior Gary Payton II with his son and his father, Hall of Famer Gary Payton.
Fox announcers Gus Johnson and Bill Raftery sure didn’t seem to recognize the younger of the two Paytons, commenting only on the elder Payton.
