On Saturday night, the Golden State Warriors finally lost a game, dropping a contest to the Milwaukee Bucks. The Warriors were looking to win their 29th consecutive game, spanning two seasons and trying to become the first team in NBA history to win all seven games on a road trip.
The road trip was grueling, playing seven games in less than two weeks. The Warriors might have swept the road trip if they were able to beat Boston in regulation. But instead, the Warriors needed double-overtime and did not arrive in Milwaukee until 3 in the morning.
The Warriors return home for a much needed homestand that will spread over two weeks with the team only playing five games.
