ESPN's Jalen Rose offers backhanded compliment to Warriors' Draymond Green ahead of Lakers game

Two days after Golden State Warriors great Rick Barry called Draymond Green a "liability," the Dubs point-forward turned in a career-high 19 assists in a 130-121 win over the Charlotte Hornets — his franchise-best 25th triple-double.

And on Sunday afternoon, Jalen Rose offered a slightly more constructive take about Green, albeit one that was ultimately a backhanded compliment.

"He’s shaken off that triple-single stink, you know? Now he’s flirting with big-time triple-doubles," Rose said during the pre-game segment of ESPN's "NBA Countdown" ahead of the Warriors' matchup with the Los Angeles Lakers.
