'Dumbest thing I've ever heard': Warriors' Kerr blasts Trump attack on Harvard after win

A member of the media asked Golden State Warriors head coach Steve Kerr about the Harvard shirt he wore following the Dubs' 121-116 play-in tournament win against the Memphis Grizzlies on Tuesday.

"Something going on?" Kerr jokingly asked.

A gift from Harvard men's basketball coach Tommy Amaker, who Kerr said is a friend, the shirt was a show of support for the university, which defied President Donald Trump's order to comply with sweeping reforms intended to restrict free speech and limit the university's autonomy. The demands, which started with limitations on campus protests and a required review of academic department biases (and the required addition of more conservative ones) were expanded recently to include "leadership reforms, admission policy changes and stopping the university's recognition of certain student organizations," according to the Associated Press.
