When an NBA team picks a player in the second-round, there is roughly a 20% chance he will have a long career in the league.
The Golden State Warriors are hoping Eric Paschall will be one of those players. The 23-year-old was picked 41st overall in the 2019 NBA Draft, and played big minutes for a terrible Dubs team last season.
Paschall averaged 14.0 points, and 4.6 rebounds in his rookie year. As The Athletic’s Anthony Slater points out, he was very efficient in iso situations:
“Per Synergy, 35 NBA players used up 100 or more isolation possessions this past season (which is over for some teams, including the Warriors, not for others).
