They're already in the history books, and firmly embedded in the gold-blooded hearts of fans. And now they're a museum-worthy exhibit. They're the Golden State Warriors -- maybe you've heard of them?
A new installation at the Oakland Museum of California titled, "Warriors Pride, Oakland Pride," opens June 17 (www.museumca.org), honoring the team with a display of cool stuff like the 2015 NBA Championship Ring, signed jerseys, a basketball signed by this year's record-breaking 73-9 Dubs, and sneakers worn by Klay Thompson, Harrison Barnes and Festus Ezeli. There are even interactive features like a "dialogue wall" where visitors can send messages to players via social media hookup.
