The Golden State Warriors wrapped up a gritty six-game road trip with a statement victory over the Los Angeles Lakers on Thursday night.
Golden State, riding a four-game win streak after dropping the first two games of the trip, took down Los Angeles, 123-116, behind big minutes from their veteran players. Stephen Curry and Draymond Green each played 34 minutes, and Jimmy Butler gutted through a forearm injury to log 36 minutes.
Less than 24 hours later, Golden State will return home to host the Denver Nuggets on the second night of a back-to-back.
