Thirty days into the new year and Draymond Green at last added another player to his long list of trash-talking targets: Rodney McGruder.
After the Warriors' 118-91 rout of the Detroit Pistons on Saturday night, Green was asked about a short exchange between the Pistons guard and the Warriors' Juan Toscano-Anderson, who was not in uniform. McGruder could be seen approaching Toscano-Anderson on the bench after the game was over and seemed to angrily say something to the Warriors rookie.
"I don't know. I was in the locker room. But apparently he was taking up for [Pistons teammate] Wayne Ellington," Green explained.
