As the NBA offseason labors on, the Golden State Warriors are still without a big trade. Draymond Green recently said he’s part of the reason.
In an episode of the “Club 520” podcast published Thursday, Green said he killed a would-be trade for the Warriors during NBA free agency that would’ve immediately helped the team as it tries to reload after letting Klay Thompson walk.
“We was just about to make some trades last week,” Green said. “And I told them straight up, ‘Yo, that trade help me. It’ll help me right now and my career these last couple of years and Steph.
