HOUSTON — Draymond Green was impressed by LeBron James’ incredibly detailed recitation of what went wrong for the Cleveland Cavaliers during the Boston Celtics’ 7-0 fourth-quarter run in Game 1 of their Eastern Conference Finals series on Sunday.
“He should’ve gotten more than [applause],” Green said at Warriors’ shootaround Monday before Game 1 of their Western Conference Finals series against Houston. “He should’ve gotten a standing ovation.”
Warriors’ coach Steve Kerr, however, said that for a great player, having that type of memory is not unusual.
“I think great players remember everything,” Kerr said. “It’s like a quarterback.
