Draymond Green has repeatedly stated he has no desire to meet with President Donald Trump, but the Warriors star did get to meet another head of state on his championship summer.
Green, who is on a vacation tour of Europe and the Middle East, made a stop in Israel, where he met President Reuven Rivlin Wednesday. According to Israeli media, Rivlin praised Golden State and accepted a jersey from Green.
"You're an amazing team, and it was a true pleasure to watch you play," Rivlin said, noting that he sometimes stays up late to watch the Warriors play despite the time difference.
