The Warriors' offensive struggles during a frustrating 2018-2019 season have been well-documented, and the trend of uncharacteristically sloppy play appeared to continue during Thursday night's overtime loss to the Portland Trail Blazers.
During the final minutes of the second quarter, Draymond Green attempted a normally-routine pass to Klay Thompson on the perimeter.
The pass appeared to be too strong however, and the ball bounced off Thompson's forehead and sailed out of bounds on the other side of the court.
