Draymond Green 2014-2015 Season In Review

Throughout the offseason, Blue Man Hoop will be reviewing the Golden State Warriors’ 2014-15 season with breakdowns of the performances of each individual player.

The Numbers

Draymond Green had a breakout campaign in 2015, averaging career highs in points (11.2), rebounds (8.2), assists (3.7), and minutes (31.5).

The third-year Michigan State product was inserted into the starting lineup early in the season after David Lee injured his hamstring, and Green never relinquished the starting spot. Starting in 79 games, Green was able to showcase his versatility, helping him earn a spot on the First Team All-Defense squad and falling just short of Defensive Player of the Year to Spurs forward Kawhi Leonard.
