Does Andre Iguodala even want the Sixth Man award he likely deserves?

OAKLAND — That 2015 NBA Finals MVP trophy — a symbol of the pinnacle moment of Andre Iguodala’s great career — isn’t exactly sparkling and awaiting visitors in a glass case when they walk through Iguodala’s front door.

“It’s like sitting inside of a bag hidden in a corner,” Iguodala said. “I don’t do awards.”

The trophy is named after Bill Russell. Michael Jordan won it six times. Hall of Famers line its history. Iguodala got it, in part, for his sturdy defense on LeBron James, who has won it three times, but certainly not that year.
