Three days after arguably the team's worst loss of the season, DeMarcus Cousins scored a season-high 27 points in the Golden State Warriors' 106-104 victory over the Houston Rockets Wednesday night.
The Warriors, coming off an embarrassing 115-111 loss to the Phoenix Suns on Sunday, entered the game without Kevin Durant, who sat out due to an ankle sprain. The Warriors lost their previous three meetings with the Rockets this season.
In arguably his best game as a Warrior so far, Cousins scored 27 points and flirted with a triple double after grabbing 8 rebounds and dishing out 7 assists.
