Golden State Warriors guard Stephen Curry is expected to miss a few days with an adductor strain suffered during Thursday's loss to the Milwaukee Bucks, coach Steve Kerr said Friday.
Kerr said Curry's MRI was "encouraging" but it will be a least a few days before the All-Star guard gets back on the floor. He will not play in Saturday's game against the Brooklyn Nets. That game is followed by a back-to-back against the LA Clippers and Atlanta Hawks on Monday and Tuesday.
Curry's MRI bummed him out, Kerr said, with the coach adding he is confident that it is not a long-term injury.
