The Minnesota Timberwolves had two opportunities to draft Stephen Curry in the 2009 NBA Draft, but chose instead to draft two other point guards. Since then, it’s safe to say that they’ve regretted the decision – but Curry made sure of it tonight.
Curry led the Golden State Warriors to their tenth straight win, breaking yet another franchise record. The Warriors won 129-116 – their tenth win and the best start in franchise history. The team was made to sweat the game as the Timberwolves made it close during the third and fourth quarters, before Curry stepped in and took control of the game.
