PLAYA VISTA – Twenty-seven days. Three chances. One massive obstacle.
The Clippers haven’t beaten the Golden State Warriors since Dec. 24, 2014 – a seven-game stretch that’ll have lasted 764 days when the teams meet again Saturday evening in Oakland.
And, over the next month, they’ll have three chances at the NBA’s best team, needing a win to prove they can topple their biggest rivals.
“I think the main thing with us is we’ve wanted to beat them so bad that we forced it every time,” Clippers guard Austin Rivers said. “We want to beat them so bad, that every time we play them, we force it, and they know it and they use it to their advantage and they beat us – every single time.
