A Greek restaurant in San Francisco's Financial District is rapidly becoming the go-to spot for NBA figures when they're in town.
About 40 Celtics players, coaches and employees had dinner at Kokkari Estiatorio on Sunday night, ahead of Monday night's pivotal Game 5 at the Chase Center against the Warriors.
A Kokkari staffer confirmed that the Celtics ate at his restaurant and called them a "really nice group of young men" who were "pretty focused on the game." Unlike the loosey-goosey Luka Doncic, who was spotting having a daytime beer at Sens ahead of the Western Conference Finals, the source said the Celtics had "not much in the way of drinks.
