News was released Thursday that Steve Kerr will be taking time off from the Warriors effective immediately to rehab his ailing back.
News had been coming out over the last two weeks about the procedures that Kerr had undergone during the summer, and it looks as if the day-to-day of training camp was causing him too much pain to keep up. There is an immediate possibility that Kerr will not be on the sidelines for the season opener October 27th as no timetable has been released on his return.
