OAKLAND – The Warriors were whole again Saturday. Well, at least their roster was.
Center Andrew Bogut, wearing a fitted mask, returned to practice for the first time since sustaining a broken nose Oct. 15 against the Houston Rockets.
“He was great today,” interim coach Luke Walton said. “He was running, he was dunking and he was making the passes that we all love watching so much. He looked fine.”
Bogut missed the final three preseason games, all in Southern California, as he did not make the trip south with his teammates. He underwent surgery Monday to reset his nose, moved to light workouts by midweek and was cleared without restrictions Saturday morning.
