It’s no secret that the Golden State Warriors are lacking in the center department. They entered the year with only four traditional big men: DeMarcus Cousins, who has yet to play a game, Damian Jones, who is out for the year with a shoulder injury, Kevin Looney, who is 6’9”, and Jordan Bell, who is 6’9” and hasn’t earned Steve Kerr’s trust.
And General Manager Bob Myers knows it. The team has one open roster spot remaining, assuming they guarantee Alfonzo McKinnie’s contract (which they almost certainly will do).
